Portraiture is the art of capturing an image that truly represents the personality of the subject. Our in-villa studio offers the best in modern studio lighting including a six head flash system, natural light, white wall (pure white backgrounds) and a rostrum (from above) camera facility all of which combine to give excellently lit modern portrait effects.
We can ensure that you have an enjoyable and productive studio session no matter what your requirements. We provide for individuals, couples families and groups. We can supply "props" such as guitars and sports equipment to capture your hobby or you can bring along anything that helps make you who you are and include it in your studio session from Archery equipment to Zulu Relics!, even your favourite pet can be included!
We have excellent studio facilities and superb technical equipment that will offer you the most enhanced portrait experience weather you are looking for a family keepsake or a full professional portfolio. As the Algarve also offers naturally beautiful settings and superb ambient light, why not take advantage of the great outdoors in and around our villa?
Portable Studio Facility
If you prefer to be photographed in the comfort of your own home, our studio equipment is fully portable and we can arrange to visit you for a shoot. We stick to our fixed fee plus a small amount for travel at cost. We are able to bring along our 6 head flash system with all the accessories (Snoot, Barn-Door lights, Umbrellas and soft-boxes and backgrounds) please do not hesitate to contact us to arrange things.

StudioLombos™ Offers a large studio space in our luxury villa. The studio is equipped with a 6-head professional flash system allowing us to take diffuse light portraits, white wall "fashion" style shots and a very wide range of artistic lighting shots combining our barn-door lights, snoots and various colour gels. The studio area has a TV where we show music channels or cartoons to keep the kids amused during shoots, a kitchen area from which we offer light refreshments and a separate bathroom and changing area. After your session we will group review the images on the wall mounted LCD TV to help you visualise the results.
Outside we have our pool area and two large deck areas, one with a metal and calico gazebo. The studio also features good natural light.
We have a professional "Digital Darkroom" and are able to enhance portraits with artistic techniques such as Posterizing and even airbrushing!
If you are here on holiday, spend a couple of hours with us and your friends will think you are a super model by the time we are done. Take away your session portfolio, have us post it on line or build it in to a calendar or art-print format.
if you are a new or improving photographer why not think about booking a tuition session and improving your portraiture technique whist enjoying the wonderful central Algarve region. We can teach you to use professional studio flash lighting systems and create flash techniques. We can book models for your session or you can bring a friend.
